9783 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Prime Minister: What surveys of service quality, if any, have been conducted in the Minister's departments, if any, since 27 November 2023, listed by title and date?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the Responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) is a departmental agency hosted by the DPMC. Neither DPMC nor NEMA are service delivery agencies, and therefore no surveys of service quality have been carried out.
