9775 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Attorney-General: What redundancy or restructuring costs, if any, have been incurred by any department or entity for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, listed by department or entity, the number of positions disestablished, and the total cost of redundancy payments?
Hon Judith Collins: Crown Law has paid a total amount of $362,686.41 to twelve staff who were made redundant since 27 November 2023. A total of 39 positions were disestablished, including 14 positions which will be formally disestablished on 31 March 2026.
The Parliamentary Counsel Office has incurred a total of $168,000 in redundancy costs relating to the disestablishment of three positions.
