Hon David Seymour: I am advised that Pharmac was included in the 2024 Public Sector Reputation Index run by Verian as a way of measuring public trust and sentiment. I am further advised that Pharmac also uses a feedback tool on its website and runs surveys on its website about specific content or general usefulness of the content.
