Hon Nicola Willis: I refer the Member to the attached table for information on surveys relating to service quality that the Treasury has undertaken. The following surveys relating to service quality have been conducted by the RBNZ since 27 November 2023: -Audience Insights (The Research Agency) (June-July 2024). -Relationship Charter survey (May 2024).
