Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that the core capabilities found to contribute to success in the role of a Youth Worker at Oranga Tamariki are: • Interpersonal Understanding • Flexibility • Emotional Awareness • Initiative • Resilience.
