9731 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Defence: What surveys of service quality, if any, have been conducted in the Minister's departments, if any, since 27 November 2023, listed by title and date?

Hon Judith Collins: In line with expectations for policy agencies, the Ministry of Defence and the New Zealand Defence Force undertake an annual Ministerial satisfaction survey on advice and support I receive, which is reported in their annual reports. In addition to this, the New Zealand Defence Force undertakes a wide range of surveys including, but not limited to: the Pulse annual survey; Defence Shared Services satisfaction surveys; an annual external agency satisfaction survey; veterans satisfaction survey; and, Veterans’ Affairs Rehabilitation Programme survey.
