Hon Nicola Willis: I am advised that the Social Investment Agency has one active contractor who started on 11 February 2026. They are paid a rate of $200.56 per hour and were engaged in a specialised role providing expert advice to organisations supported by the Social Investment Fund to analyse current service models and develop credible theories of change that show the pathway from activities to short-, medium- and long-term outcomes and how impact can be measured.
