9727 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Customs: What surveys of service quality, if any, have been conducted in the Minister's departments, if any, since 27 November 2023, listed by title and date?

Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that for the period 27 November 2023 to 10 March 2025, the New Zealand Customs Service (Customs) has carried out two service quality surveys: - February 2025 – Ministerial Policy Satisfaction Survey: First survey for the 2024/25 financial year (Customs) - July 2024 – Ministerial Policy Satisfaction Survey: 2023/24 financial year (Customs). The Border Executive Board has carried out two surveys relating to Ministerial satisfaction with the co-ordination, information and advice provided by the Border Executive Board: - February 2025 – Ministerial Satisfaction Survey 1 July 2024 to 30 December 2024 (Border Executive Board) - July 2024 – Ministerial Satisfaction Survey 27 November 2023 to 30 June 2024 (Border Executive Board).
