9724 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Courts: What surveys of service quality, if any, have been conducted in the Minister's departments, if any, since 27 November 2023, listed by title and date?

Additionally, I can advise the following surveys on service quality have been completed: February 2024 - Family Violence Programme Current State Survey - aimed to gain insights into the experiences of service providers and stakeholders that inform improvements to future contracts for family violence programmes (published April 2024). 14 June 2024 - Interpreter Satisfaction Survey.
