9703 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Arts, Culture and Heritage: What surveys of service quality, if any, have been conducted in the Minister's departments, if any, since 27 November 2023, listed by title and date?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: The Ministry for Culture and Heritage took part in the regular Ministerial Satisfaction Survey in July 2024. This survey is used by agencies to assess their minister's satisfaction with the services provided by the policy function. The results for this survey can be found in the most recent Annual Report published on the Ministries website here: https://www.mch.govt.nz/publications/annual-report-2023-24.
