9698 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Agriculture: What surveys of service quality, if any, have been conducted in the Minister's departments, if any, since 27 November 2023, listed by title and date?

Hon Todd McClay: I am advised that MPI seek feedback about service quality through various methods and channels. In accordance with Speaker’s Ruling 210/6, I consider that the time and resources, and hence the expense, required to collate each interaction since November 2023, within the timeframe allowed for a written parliamentary question is not in the public interest.
