9691 (2024). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Has he or his officials had any discussion with Sir Bill English, Ceinwen McNeil or Simon Allen about any interest they may have in one day being appointed to the Board of Kāinga Ora, if so, what were the nature of those conversations?

Hon Chris Bishop: I have had a range of conversations with people regarding future board appointments to ensure that the Board has the right mix of skills to perform its role well. This includes conversations about what level of interest people may have about upcoming Board opportunities.
