9668 (2025). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister for Children: How many times did Oranga Tamariki, and agencies to which it sub-contracts, refer clients to subsidiaries of Destiny Church including Man Up and Legacy, in the 2023-24 financial year?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised by Oranga Tamariki that they have no contracts with Destiny Church or its subsidiaries Man Up or Legacy, and that no payments were made to any of these organisations during the 2023-24 financial year. I am further advised Oranga Tamariki does not hold a centralised record of referrals made by agencies from which Oranga Tamariki procure services.
