9580 (2024). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Police: Does he agree with Mark Mitchell's statement, “I'm very focused on my portfolio, and that is making New Zealand safe for every person that includes women, children, men,” if so, what action is he taking to combat harm for children online?

Hon Mark Mitchell: Yes, I do. It is not for a Minister of Police to take direct action to combat offending.
