9532 (2024). Lan Pham to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: What correspondence, if any, has the Minister had with Environment Canterbury regarding the Fast-track Approvals Bill?

Hon Chris Bishop: I have had general correspondence with all councils informing them of our plans relating to RM reform including a stand-alone fast-track approvals bill. Outside of this, I have had no specific correspondence with Environment Canterbury on the fast-track approvals bill.
