9480 (2024). Arena Williams to the Minister for Building and Construction: What conflicts of interest, if any, has the Minister declared to the Cabinet office, since 27 November 2023, listed by conflict of interest and date of declaration?

Hon Chris Penk: Details regarding conflicts of interest are not generally disclosed, in order to ensure the confidentiality of Cabinet proceedings, to maintain the effective conduct of public affairs and, in some cases, to protect personal privacy. This has been the approach of successive administrations and the Minster does not intend to depart from it.
