Hon Judith Collins: Crown Law renewed its office sublease at 19 Aitken Street, Wellington with the Ministry of Justice in May 2024, to extend the lease term to 6 December 2034, with an annual rent of $1.441 million. It was not part of a broader office consolidation programme. There were no property leases entered into, renewed or exited by the Parliamentary Counsel Office since 27 November 2023.
