Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised that WorkSafe New Zealand understands this question to be about conflicts of interest for members of its Board in distributing WorkSafe funding to other providers. WorkSafe has confirmed that since 27 November 2023 it has not distributed funding to any entity in which a current WorkSafe Board member holds a governance or paid role.
