Camilla Belich to the Prime Minister: What legal proceedings, if any, are currently being defended by any department or entity for which the Minister is responsible where the total claimed or estimated liability exceeds $1 million, listed by department or entity, the nature of the proceedings, the approximate value of the claim, and the current status?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the responsible minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). I am advised that DPMC is not a party, or an interested part to, any current litigation where the total claimed, or estimated liability exceeds $1 million.
