9407 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Revenue: What technology or software systems, if any, used by any department or entity for which the Minister is responsible have been identified as end-of-life, unsupported, or requiring urgent replacement since 27 November 2023, listed by department or entity, system name, purpose, and estimated replacement cost?

Hon Simon Watts: Officials advise Inland Revenue’s SAP payroll solution has been identified as end-of-life on 31 December 2027. Plans are underway to replace this with a new payroll solution. The whole of life, real, discounted cost is expected to be less than $40m.
