Hon Tama Potaka: I am advised by Te Puni Kōkiri that all funding decisions are made in accordance with best practice requirements.  I do not hold, and I am advised that Te Puni Kōkiri does not hold, the information sought in the Member’s question.  Further, even if the information did exist, it would require a substantial collation exercise and divert officials from their core duties. In accordance with Speaker’s Ruling 199/6, I consider that the time, and hence the expense, of answering this question in the timeframe allowed for written parliamentary questions, is not in the public interest.
