Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that providing the Member with this information would require a considerable amount of time to collate. Therefore, in accordance with Speaker’s ruling 210/6, I consider that the time and expense of answering the Member’s question is not in the public interest. However, I can confirm that information on external legal advice used by Kāinga Ora between the end of 2023 and the beginning of 2025 has previously been provided in its responses to WPQ 13690 (2025).
