Hon Judith Collins: Any costs in relation to Minister Chhour’s representation in respect of the summons to appear before the Waitangi Tribunal (including the application to the High Court for Review) would have been incurred by Oranga Tamariki. The question does not relate to the Attorney-General’s portfolio responsibilities.
