Hon Mark Mitchell: As the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on matters relating to my Emergency Management and Recovery portfolio. I received the following documents from officials in the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA): • Status Report to the Minister for EM and Recovery, 5 March 2025 • Minister's meeting with Telecommunication Forum, 3 March 2025. Jointly with the Prime Minister, I received the following document from the Chief Executive, Cyclone Recovery (CRU): North Island Weather Events (NIWE): Monthly Progress Update on Categorisation, Buyouts, Infrastructure and Local Transport Projects, 6 March 2025. I also received one document from the Chief Executive, CRU. It is not in the public interest to release the title of this document. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in NEMA, CRU and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices.
