9304 (2026). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Customs: What technology or software systems, if any, used by any department or entity for which the Minister is responsible have been identified as end-of-life, unsupported, or requiring urgent replacement since 27 November 2023, listed by department or entity, system name, purpose, and estimated replacement cost?

Hon Casey Costello: I am advised that Customs has identified a legacy virtual desktop system used for remote access that is now out of support and requires replacement. Customs is currently exploring replacement options for this system. I am also advised that, for reasons of commercial sensitivity, Customs is unable to provide individual contract values.
