9297 (2024). Rt Hon Chris Hipkins to the Associate Minister of Health: Is the Pharmac funding announced on 29 April 2024 time limited, and if so, is this a fiscal cliff?

Hon David Seymour: The funding provided for Pharmac is not a fiscal cliff as the funding provided in 2027/28 has been baselined into the outyears. For an example of a fiscal cliff, I would refer the member to the Combined Pharmaceutical Budget Funding for 2023.
