Camilla Belich to the Minister for Arts, Culture and Heritage: What property leases, if any, have been entered into, renewed, or exited by any department or entity for which the Minister is responsible since 27 November 2023, listed by department or entity, address, annual rent, lease term, and whether the decision to enter, renew, or exit was part of a broader office consolidation programme?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I refer the Member to reply number 51514 (2025) for information relating to new or renewed leases between 1 January 2024 and 30 October 2025 by the Ministry for Culture and Heritage. As per Speaker’s Ruling 199/6, I do not consider it to be in the public interest to undertake an exercise to identify and collate the additional material requested (the requested information for the entities I am responsible for, full data since 2023, annual rent, lease term, and the decision making process), as it will require a significant diversion of resource. The Member may wish to consider asking a more specific question.
