Hon David Seymour: I am advised that the following has been spent on external legal costs since the establishment of the Ministry for Regulation: 2023/24 – $16,126; 2024/25 – $169,536; 2025/26 – $21,257 (to February 2026). A further breakdown of costs as specified in the question would require manual collation which is not possible in the time allowed to answer this written parliamentary question.
