9202 (2025). Lan Pham to the Minister for Infrastructure: How many, if any, expert panels have been established under the Fast Track Approvals Act?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised by officials the panel convenor has not yet appointed any panels under the Fast-track Approvals Act. This will be done after a substantive application is assessed by the Environmental Protection Authority as being complete.
