9183 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Associate Minister of Education: What advice, if any, has the Minister received on the Education and Training (Freedom of Expression) Amendment Bill, listed by title and date?

Hon David Seymour: Titles of all advice that I have received has been, or will be, proactively released on the Ministry of Education website: https://www.education.govt.nz/our-work/information-releases/ My office receives a large amount of material every week. Asking them to collate that material would require substantial collation and research and prevent them from undertaking their substantive roles. I do not consider this to be in the public interest.
