9182 (2025). Arena Williams to the Minister for Building and Construction: What legislation does the Minister intend to introduce in 2025, if any, in the building and construction portfolio?

Hon Chris Penk: In 2025 I intend to progress legislative change to make it easier to build granny flats and other small dwellings without a building consent, and to streamline the building consent system.
