Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Associate Minister of Education: Further to reply 3727 (2024), does he consider distribution of leftover kai from the Ka Ora, Ka Ako programme to ākonga as "reducing food insecurity" and addressing "barriers to children’s participation in education and promotes attendance at school"; if not, why not?
