Hon David Seymour: The titles of papers I request and receive in my capacity as Minister for Regulation are considered for proactive release each month and are published on the Ministry for Regulation’s website. Some titles may be withheld where the material remains under active consideration. This response does not include documents requested by my office. Compiling that material would require significant time and divert staff from their core responsibilities, and likely to relate to ongoing policy matters that are under active consideration by the Government.
