9086 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister for Infrastructure: In total, how much money has the EPA invoiced the applicants for costs associated with the 'Tukituki Water Security' fast-track project under the Fast-Track Approvals Act process, between its assent and 18 March 2026?

Hon Chris Bishop: As of 18 March 2026, the applicants for the Tukituki Water Security project have been invoiced the mandatory levy ($13,400) and application fee ($36,000) having lodged a land exchange application. The applicant has not been invoiced for any other costs.
