9085 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister of Conservation: When, if ever, did DOC have a "pre-lodgement consultation" meeting with the applicants for the 'Tukituki Water Security' Fast-track project?

Hon Tama Potaka: I am advised that the Department of Conservation first met with the applicant on 11 July 2025 in relation to their project and there were subsequently numerous pre-lodgement meetings through till November 2025.
