9084 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister of Conservation: Has DOC or the Minister met with the applicants for the Tukituki Water Security Fast-track project, since the Fast-track Act's assent, regarding the required access to DOC land to construct and fill the storage dam?

Hon Tama Potaka: I am advised that the Department of Conservation has met numerous times with the applicant for the Tukituki Water Security Fast-track project regarding the proposed land exchange since July 2025.
