Hon Nicola Willis: Corrected reply: As part of the Ministerial Economic Security and Supply Chains Group, I am receiving regular and ongoing advice to finding the best way to get targeted, temporary, and timely funding to those working Kiwis who will be impacted the most if the conflict worsened. We are working through the options should such support be needed, but the advice I have received to date is reducing fuel excise would not be sufficiently targeted at those who face the most acute cost of living pressures.
