8988 (2024). Shanan Halbert to the Minister of Health: What actions, if any, has the Minister taken to ensure the Tōtara Haumaru facility at North Shore hospital will be operational by the end of June 2024, by date and action title?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I often receive updates on progress during weekly officials’ meetings, and through the Health New Zealand Weekly Report. I have made my expectations clear this work is completed in a timely fashion. The advice I have received is that the opening and the initial stage transfer of existing services into Totara Haumaru will commence in or around 1 July.
