Hon Nicola Willis: I am advised that the Social Investment Agency regularly publishes a list of titles of advice to Ministers. I refer the member to that list. Some titles may not be released if they relate to matters of commercial sensitivity, active consideration, legal privilege and/or confidential negotiations.
