Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister for the Environment: In the Minister’s departments, ministries and agencies for which savings have been identified resulting from the Government’s directive to reduce expenditure in the public service, what demographic data is being collected about the number of staff being made redundant, if any?

Hon Penny Simmonds: There has been no consultation process or organisation wide changes implemented by the Ministry for the Environment as a result of the public sector cuts announced by the coalition Government.
