8947 (2025). Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister of Immigration: Have new standard operating procedures, if any, come into effect at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment's (MBIE) Immigration Compliance & Investigations team regarding 'out of hours compliance visits' to residential addresses; and if so, what are these new standard operating procedures?

Hon Erica Stanford: I am advised that Standard Operating Procedures relating to Unannounced Out of Hours Residential Visits came into effect in February 2024. I am further advised that there have not been any changes to those procedures since they were implemented in February 2024.
