The total amount as at the end of February 2024 was $0.085m. The costs of maintenance at Premier House from the end of November 2023 to the end of February 2024 were: Painting $45,714 Includes five bedrooms, four bathrooms, walls, and ceilings - current paintwork is circa 1990 and showing substantial wear and tear. Furniture repairs/refurbishment $4,206.55 Replace damaged wardrobe mirror, clean and re-stain of outdoor furniture and furniture repairs. Full exterior washdown of building $6,292.26 Full washdown which includes machinery and abseiling equipment. Air conditioning installation $25,432.65 Includes units, labour, and ducting in roof cavity. Location of the cooling system and installation impacted by age, size, and scale of building (external ducting works were required). Service commercial kitchen $391.86 Services repair of gas appliances.
