8935 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Associate Minister of Finance: As at 1 April 2024 how many outstanding legal cases were there against Toka Tū Ake EQC in respect of the Canterbury Earthquake Sequence?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised that as at 1 April 2024, there are 22 proceedings where the Earthquake Commission Toka Tū Ake is named as a defendant related to the Canterbury Earthquake Sequence.
