8932 (2024). Lan Pham to the Associate Minister for the Environment: Will Freshwater Management Unit’s be repealed or replaced as part changes to the National Policy Statement for Freshwater Management?

Hon Andrew Hoggard: Responsible Ministers will be provided with advice on the review of the National Policy Statement for Freshwater Management in due course. Any decisions on changes will be made once that advice has been taken into consideration.
