Hon David Seymour: I refer the Member to the attached table. I am advised that these costs include advice on a wide range of matters, including developing policy, drafting and implementation of the Natural Hazard Insurance Act, new reinsurance initiatives (catastrophe bond), finalisation of claims related to Kaikoura and Canterbury including responding to representative actions, responding to recent natural disasters, BAU claims, operational policies, and contracts.
