8916 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Justice: What correspondence, if any, broken down by date and title, has the Minister's departments, if any, received from Finance Minister Nicola Willis regarding cost savings?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: My department has received the following correspondence from the Minister of Finance regarding cost savings. Please note any recent correspondence that my department may have received related to cost savings will be part of the Budget 2025 process and under active consideration. 21 December 2023 - Fiscal objectives across the term and Budget 2024 expectations. 13 February 2024 - Reducing reliance on contractor and consultant expenditure. 23 April 2024 - Budget 2024 decisions - Vote Justice and Vote Courts.
