8876 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Vocational Education: What advice, if any, has the Minister received regarding work based learning providers and their implementation of disability action plans?

Hon Penny Simmonds: The Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) has provided me with general advice relating to expectations and requirements around Disability Action Plans for the tertiary education sector. I have not received specific advice in relation to work-based learning providers and their implementation of Disability Action Plans. The TEC does engage and monitor progress on Disability Action Plans as part of its regular engagements.
