8876 (2024). Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister for Economic Development: What support, if any, will MBIE provide to young graduates losing their graduate roles at MBIE who will be financially impacted by their jobs ending early with no redundancy payment?

Hon Melissa Lee: I am advised that the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment provides support to all employees during organisational change. This includes wellbeing, learning and career development support options through a range of resources, such as the Employee Assistance Programme.
