8875 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Vocational Education: What advice, if any, has the Minister asked for regarding work based learning providers and their implementation of disability action plans?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I have not specifically asked for advice on work-based learning providers in relation to their Disability Action Plans. The Tertiary Education Commission has provided general advice to me, relating to the expectations and requirements of Disability Action Plans for the tertiary education sector.
