Hon Erica Stanford: All advice I received on the Education and Training Amendment Bill is available on the Ministry of Education’s website, at the following link: https://www.education.govt.nz/our-work/information-releases/issue-specific-information-releases/charter-schools. The Bill was passed into law in October 2024. This is also my response to written parliamentary question 8865 (2025)
